Are you ready
to fundamentally shift
the way you live your life?
I’m Natalie Domond,
and I help mid-career women experiencing inner conflict or unfulfillment chart a path to more aligned and peaceful lives.
We live in a world that constantly pushes us to move faster, do more, and prove our worth.
I’ve been there—caught in the endless cycle of achievement until I reached a breaking point.
But when I finally stopped chasing and started tuning into myself, everything changed.
Now, I help others—particularly women of color—slow down, reconnect with themselves, and take powerful, aligned steps forward.
My Quest for Belonging
Growing up in rural Louisiana as a biracial daughter of Haitian and French-Canadian immigrants, I learned to navigate many worlds early on.
From a young age, I also questioned my place in the world.
Taking in painful experiences of discrimination and othering in my childhood, I internalized the belief that it wasn't safe to fully be myself, that I was never enough.
So I learned to adapt
and balance my passionate pursuits with societal expectations
It was a delicate dance—trying to fit in, belong, and seize opportunities in a world not designed for me to thrive.
Achieving, excelling, and gaining approval from others became my way of feeling safe and accepted.
But no matter how much I accomplished, it never brought the sense of security, peace, and fulfillment that I was seeking.
"I realized that the approval and belonging I was seeking could never come from outside—it had to come from within."
Eventually, the endless striving left me feeling lost and disconnected from myself.
Major life events–like becoming a mother, caring for my sick father, and feeling deeply misaligned in my work–pushed me to pause and re-evaluate everything.
Slowing down wasn’t easy,
but it was necessary.
In doing so, I began to unlearn the patterns of seeking external validation and integrate new ones that helped me reconnect with my core values and tune in to what felt true for me.
Unbeknownst to me, this was the beginning of the beautiful and ongoing journey of coming home to myself…a daily practice of remembering and rediscovering who I am at my core–independent of the messages of the world–and reclaiming the peace, security, clarity, and power that is already within me.
“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.” - Alice Walker
I reclaimed by power by applying “Tipa,” taking small, intentional steps to move through self-doubt, uncertainty and overwhelm toward more alignment and peace.
Through steady experimentation, I developed new practices to put my deepest values at the center of how I live, work and love, which radically transformed my life, and helped me reconnect with my truest self.
And it all started with
one step.
Through Tipa, Tipa, or ‘'step by step' in Haitian Creole—we take small but profound steps to release self-doubt, reclaim self-trust, and create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. It was a life-changing practice for me, and it has been transformative for my clients.
It’s not just a way to move through life; it is the only way.
The Tipa Revolution
The Tipa Revolution is a movement that rejects the pressure to move fast, achieve more, and push harder.
Instead, it’s an invitation to slow down, honor the wisdom of the present moment, and to take the next intentional step towards what feels right in your mind, body, and soul.
It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about trusting that every aligned step you take–no matter how small–can and will lead to BIG shifts over time.
It’s a revolution that starts within you and creates massive ripples all around you.
It’s time to awaken to the power of the step that’s RIGHT in front of you.

Wisdom of Tipa Tipa
Using a Tipa approach, I help mid-career women thrive at the intersection of Life, Leadership, and Liberation - a place where powerful transformation unfolds as each area reinforces and amplifies the other in a dynamic way.
Why Life, Leadership & Liberation?
Life
Ground yourself in your deepest core values and purpose, reconnecting with who you truly are–without the noise of the world–and rediscovering what gives your life meaning. This is the foundation from which everything else flows.
Leadership
Leadership is about more than career. Once you’re clear on what matters to you, it’s about using that clarity to influence your inner and outer worlds–whether it’s in your mind & body, or within your home, community, or organization.
Liberation
Liberation is the act of freeing yourself from limitations—both internal (like self-doubt) and external (like societal norms and systemic constraints). It’s about stepping into your power to claim the freedom you seek, without waiting for the world to change.
When these three areas align, you show up in the world with clarity and the freedom to lead a life of deep impact and joy.
"My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that transformation occurs through small, intentional steps—tipa tipa—that lead to significant, life-changing shifts over time.”

"Natalie helped me connect with, celebrate, and own my power during what was one of the most difficult years of my life. I was looking for a resilience and leadership coach and got so much more!
She is really, really good at what she does. I mean, really good. I would not be loving myself and feeling like I'm finally self-actualizing if it weren't for her support. I am now reconnected with my body and mind in ways that have proved immeasurably beneficial, both in my personal and professional life."
